On-Mountain Wedding Locations

Gorrono Ranch
Gorrono Ranch is truly a magical wedding location in Telluride.  Named after the family that built the ranch, Gorrono was once a sheep farm in the 1800’s.  Recently renovated, Gorrono serves as the Telluride Ski Resort's mid-mountain ski lodge. During the winter months the ranch is open to the public, but in the evenings it becomes a private mountain seclusion where events of all sizes bask in its rustic elegance. Wedding parties are whisked up the mountain in a snowcat-drawn sleigh with the San Juan Mountains awing your friends and family. During the summer months Gorrono has multiple decks used as the wedding ceremony site. Guests are taken to the location via a shuttle.

Allred's Restaurant
Allred’s Restaurant, located at the top of the free scenic gondola, opened with much acclaim on December 8th of 2000.  Allred’s is majestically located at 10,551 feet above sea level and boasts breathtaking views of the 13,000 foot peaks that surround the town of Telluride some 1,800 feet below. Enjoy the European wine cabinets and arched foyers. Windows spanning 25 feet from floor to ceiling showcase mountain top views of Colorado's famous Rocky Mountains  A stone fireplace serves both the bar on one side and the dining room on the other for cozy, mountain ambiance.
